Abstract

The rDNA Intergenic Spacer (IGS) plays an important role in cellular processes as rDNA transcription regulatory sequences and pre-rRNA processing signals are located in (Hemleben & Zentgraf, 1994; Fernandez et al., 2000 and references therein).
