Analisi dell'intestino medio larvale e pupale di Bombyx mori
Abstract
L'intestino larvale dei Lepidotteri si presenta come un monostrato tissutale costituito da cellule colonnari e cellule globet, responsabili delle attività di digestione ed assorbimento nel corso della vita larvale; cellule rigenerative si trovano localizzate tra gli altri due tipi cellulari e nel corso delle mute larva-larva sono in grado di differenziare in cellule colonnari e goblet.Downloads
