Abstract
I metaboliti secondari, in primo luogo i composti fenolici, hanno acquisito negli ultimi anni grande rilievo data la loro provata efficacia come nutraceutici. Infatti, essi sono per la maggior parte dei potenti antiossidanti ed antimicrobici, caratteristica molto interessante nella prospettiva di un loro utilizzo in campo farmaceutico.Downloads
