Abstract

Organismi che vivono in ambienti freddi hanno attratto l'attenzione degli scienziati per la loro capacità di riadattare processi biologici modificati dalle basse temperature, come il rallentamento dell'attività enzimatica e l'alterazione della fluidità di membrana.
