Dialogues between Spanish Criminal Law and the Feminism

Abstract

Abstract: The spanish Criminal Law is studied in this work since a feminist perspective. We have the finality to make look that today, this Criminal Law has not a criminal politic model.

The study finishs to defend the need to put in the gender perspective into the theory of offence and theory of penalty. Only in this way, it will be posible to do material justice to the women.
