Abstract

The vision media centrism that has been the subject of much study and research will be succeeded by a new approach oriented towards the user, the consumer information. This approach is singular in francophone African countries to transcode the information by mediativation public spaces that is to say the transition from media to non media, written code to oral code, "false oral" to oral and through the mediation of language used, thus showing the desire of Africans to appropriate mass information and distance themselves as contextuality marked by social criticism.
