Abstract

Nowadays, the worsening conditions of disadvantaged people in a global context of crisis request a constantly increasing effort. Therefore communication, exchange, debate become the watchwords of the path to be taken as well as possible ways of action. Since literature thrives on words and is based on the ability of language to connect people, it can respond to this urgent requirement. This article focuses on the work of Marie Cosnay, who seeks to share her feelings as well as to establish a dialogue and a confrontation about French immigration policy by using digital technologies: in the context of her engaged practice of literature, blogs and e-mails become a means to express interior worlds and they help to build connections.
