Abstract

The title hints at a double meaning: F Ramondino’s critical glance towards 1968, that she lived with some detachment, notwithstanding her involvement in social issues; and the twenty-years time span that separates that experience from the writing of the novel Un giorno e mezzo, set in September 1969. This paper intends to propose it as Ramondino’s most classical novel.
