Formation en traduction spécialisée : Projet collaboratif et logiciels sociaux.

Abstract

Translation requires translators to master every day more skills (linguistic, textual, translational, terminological, digital skills). They are expected to work in teams, and to fulfill a complex process of specialized operations in several steps, with the help of a good project management. An effective environment to immerge language learners in a learning experience of combined skills may be built in a customizable wiki, which in turn may open on Web 2.0 resources; wiki also favors aggregation, initiative and self-management. Such an experience has been achieved by translating from French into Italian technical reports of underwater archaeology.
